Corona-Motivation

A few weeks ago, I couldn't imagine giving up the gym for a long time. But now the time has come. And I miss it! Of course, you can also work out without a gym. But it is different. But while I motivate friends and family by doing workouts and challenges for and with them, I also motivate myself. Comparing times on Strava is the new comparing weights. Liking is the new helping with heavy weights. Although I've always loved running in nature, I'm just realising now how valuable it is. How important it is to move. To clear my head. I'm thankful for all the great people around me who help me not lose my head during this weird time and make #stayathome easier. I'm grateful to be able to give something to others too.
